One Punch Man Online Action Game is Coming This Year
The iconic action-shonen series “One Punch Man” is recently announced to get an online multiplayer game titled “One Punch Man: World”. The game is currently still in development by developer Perfect World, but it is promised to be released sometime this year.
This announcement came with a nearly 3-minute trailer on Crunchyroll’s official YouTube channel. The trailer gives sneak peeks at the upcoming 3D gameplay where players may use characters from the series to take on missions and defeat the villainous monsters. The game seems to also feature a free-roaming mode where players can walk around and enjoy the world of One Punch Man in the game.
One Punch Man: World will be playable cross-platform on PC and smartphones. It is set to be free-to-play with in-app purchase options. Currently, the game is opening pre-registration for several countries such as the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Latin America, and Nordic countries.
